Reviewed Coho Salmon Fillets

"For such a basic recipe I can't believe how good it was. We rarely get to eat salmon, but tonight my family ate every piece and have put it on the make more often list.

I made it exactly as recipe said and I was worried the cook time would be too short. But it was perfect.

Thanks Alton !!!!!!"

Reviewed Pan-Fried Flounder

"I made 8 fillets but kept all other ingredients as called for. I felt it was way too much lemon. But otherwise it was a perfect dish. I will definitely make this again, but only use 1/4 of a lemon. The capers really worked well.

"I made this last night for my family of 6 (three who are not fans of Pork).
I followed the recipe exactly but doubled everything to accommodate 6 people.

All I can say is YUM ! Everyone loved it and there was nothing left over. This is definitely a keeper recipe, Thank you ."

Reviewed BBQ Barbie - Mini Chicken Sliders

"I was a little leery about making these for my family who prefer not to try new things. But I gotta hand it to you Robert, my family loved them. I couldn't find the rolls you recommended, so I had to use mini Kaiser rolls. Besides that I followed the recipe to the letter, but doubled all amounts for extra. Good thing, because I am having them for"

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"Well Alton, once again tour cooking method(500* 1/2 hour produced the most juicy and tender bird, with perfectly golden skin. I also make a deep fried Turkey which usually gets eaten first. But this year the oven rosted bird beat out the fried bird.
Thankyou"

Reviewed Bananas Foster

"I made this the kid friendly way for my children. They loved it.

The only thing I had to do since no liqueur was used was add 1/2 cup of water to the sugar mixture as it thickened up much too much.""
