"OUTSTANDING. The lemon/mint marinade is absolutely yummy. I halved the marinade to cut the fat of the olive oil and it was plenty. Lemon vinaigrette for tabbouleh is delicious. I was very generous with chopped mint for both. I will definitely make this again! Thanks for sharing."
