the sauce is great and the cake is moist and fruity. I divided the quantities in two and I done only one cake. I had only 1 tablespoon of backing poweder and the cake was moist and delicious.

I have done this recipe in the oven for 2 hours and it came out perfect. I used the rub only to cote it very good on all sides, not all the rub with witch I end up. The rub is great thou the quantity is huge, so I divide all the ingredients in half and still I end up with 511 grams of rub; so I will have the rub for a 2 years probably. Next ti"

Very easy and delicious. I used striper bass, I did not have dill , yet I used only scallions and pursly and it was great too. I kept it in the oven for 30 minutes @ 350. I'll do it again for sure."
