Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup with Chipotle Cream
"I bought a butternut squash because I liked the way it looked. I made this recipe minus the chipotle (my amor don't like chipotle) and it was delicioso. I added a quesadilla made with cheese & chorizo on the side for a complete meal. I used pita bread instead of tortillas because that is what I had and it was YUMMY. LOVE IT. I will keep it to impress my familia and friends.
