Reviewed beef with snow peas

My family loved this recipe. I followed directions and it was delicious. I did not find it too salty at all. Do try Jasmine rice - if you've never had, you'll fall in love. I am going to make again this weekend and will likely add more vegetables which is beauty of recipe - add whatever veggies you like. Go ahead and buy bottle of sherry at liquor...

I also had a little warmed Rao's Marinara to pour over top for those of us who like extra sauce but the actual lasagna doesn't need it - it's delicious w/out. ""

Very, very good! I did two steaks and marinated one w/ Sherry and other w/ Red Wine and we decided we liked the one w/ Sherry best (but other was great too). I bought an average bottle of Sherry at liquor store for $6. The reduced marinade was delicious too - ends up being syrupy and condensed so you just a small drip on steak (might be why so...

Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast

Sep 28, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

We loved this - super easy and delicious. I've made a dozen pot roast recipes over the years and this was the best to date, I believe, because of the searing to the veggies and using the chuck roast which was easy to sear. It helps to have a heavy duty dutch oven - worth every penny to invest in one (found one at TJMAXX at good price). So much...
