Reviewed Chocolate Explosion Cheesecake

"YUM! This came out GREAT!!! Everyone loved it - I made it for a work party and at one point there were five people in line to get a slice! I even made one little change and used chocolate graham crakers for the crust, and yes, I did cook it longer - about 1 hour 20 actually. It REALLY turned out great though! Thanks, Paula!

"I gave it a 4 because it looks very good - I haven't made it yet but plan to next weekend. I'll certainly take note about the extended cooking time --- I'm wondering if the time listed in the recipe really reflected the time it took in Paula's commercial double convection oven rather the adjusted-up time it needs in a residential (even a pro-styled residential oven that 95% of people have. I'll set my store for 1hr 15 and check it then. Thanks eveyone!
