"Just took my first taste of my take on this recipe...and I'm very pleased. Grilled my zucchini vs sauteed. Added some sliced sweet potato to the onions, a bit more milk for the sauce and layered everything. Can't wait to pull it out of the freezer in November and enjoy our bumper-crop of zucchini while the snow flies. This is definitely a recipe I"
