Reviewed Garlic Mashed Potatoes
"For Christmas dinner, I wanted to add a flavor punch to my mashers. This recipe was it! I love recipes that are easy to do, and are great tasting. I added more garlic to it, but think I will stick with the recipe next time. I used russets with the skin and it turned out great!
Reviewed Potato-Bacon Torte
"When I made this I felt like I was in the French countryside making a toasty warm comfort food. The Gruyere cheese was quite expensive, but well worth it for the flavor. I brought the torte to a friend of mine who had surgery for a night-free of cooking. She said her family which included three small children loved it! Recipe box worthy indeed!
Reviewed Gorgonzola Spinach Artichoke Dip
"I made this tonight for a family party and everyone loved it! I toasted baquette bread for dipping. I personally thought it was too "spinachy" so I would cut down on the spinach to either 1 or 1.5 boxes next time. This will be on my go-to list for future parties. Thanks Rachel!
