Reviewed Shepherd's Pie with Mushroom Onion Gravy
"This is the most blandish meal I've ever made. Too little of everything. What a disappointment. If I might offer some suggestions to this lame recipe: too little of everything. The meat needs to be increased (the flavor of the meat is bland. Not enough potatoes. Not enough vegetables. Not enough cheese. The gravy had great hope. But considering the rest of the dish, couldn't compensate. Wouldn't make this again. I am so disappointed.

"This was an absolutely perfect recipe. The soup is outstanding and relatively easy to make. But the taste is remarkable. I would make one suggestion to others......when we bought our chicken sausage we bought pre-cooked sausage which was a bit difficult to remove from the casing and to incorporate with the chicken mixture. When I make this again, and I will many times in the future, would prefer non-cooked chicken sausage, although I'm not sure if that is available as readily as pork sausage. This is a perfect soup. Bravo, Ina!
