Had to laugh at prep time of 20 minutes. Took at least twice that which is why I gave it 4 stars. I had a really large chicken, so I cooked it like I was making soup with onions, carrots, celery, thyme, parsley etc which really gave chicken more flavor. Used mexican blend cheese, cause that is what I had & casserole was a hit. Freezes really...
