delicious....I just made one shake for myself, added 2 oz of the evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of the vanilla syrup, milk and Hershey chocolate syrup and it was better than anything I've had. My girlfriend said it tasted like McDonalds shakes, but since I've never had them, I can't say. :)

I loved it! Yes, only me...but I added flour to thicken the sauce and actually butterflied the chicken. I used a bit more wine and stock for more sauce and added half an onion for flaor, but everything else was done as suggested. Great recipe G. As always, spot on. Oh, and easy to make too. I fixed this for my girl-friend who is a nationally renowned personal trainer. We both loved it! The sauce was a bit too runny, so I should have put a small tablespoon of flour to thicken it up, but that's just my personal taste.
