Reviewed Pork Roast Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

I did not stuff the pork loin with the ham and cheese but I followed the rest of the recipe and it is amazing. The pork is juicy and tender and the sauce is wonderful. It also frees the oven up for rolls or other sides. I will definitely make this again. I will do the ham and cheese step next time once I buy the butcher string to tie it with.
