"I need a little help with this recipe. I used ground veal and ground siloin, a couple chicken livers (they dissolve and are suppose to enrich the flavor, and 4 oz of cut up procuitto. The sauce came out great (the tomatoes, veggies, used a little beef broth instead of water and added a little warm milk to the sauce to make it creamy and rich but"

"I am making this again for my third time this month! It is fantastic - full of flavor. I add rosemary to my chicken and sprinkle a few leaves with thyme around my veggies; I used yukon potatoes and sweet potatos with big chunks of onions; I added additional cloves of garlic (halved and spread around with my veggies; I love this dish!!!!
