Reviewed Naan
"I am glad Alex has day offs cuz she made my life so easy this week. This recipe started me off with 4 formal dinners in 8 days for about about 35 people. I must say this recipe was very easy and I made it to accompany the biggest losers thai chicken curry Ina Garten's Herbed Basmati rice and a tunisian seasoned rottiserie chicken breast. I did slowly saute 6 cloves of garlic that i pressed into a bowl of evoo and brushed onto the naan before I baked them. I also used minced cilantro that i also threw on before i baked the naan.
Reviewed Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes
"Out of respect to the Neelys I gave this recipe a 5. To be honest I seen this recipe and did a few things different. I must say the party of 8 I had served are very educated eaters and i heard nothing but praise for what I served. My changes were par boiling the potatoes for 15 minutes. (dont you hate waiting for potatoes that never cook all the way) Then I slowly sauteed the 8 garlic cloves until they were nice and brown. Then i used my pampered chef garlic press and pressed the garlic, evoo, parsley, and about 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary. I masaged all the ingredients together and whoala! A homerun....

Reviewed Cream of Asparagus Soup
"So last night I had entertained a party of 8 and had scrap semi woody and woody pieces of asparagus left behind. I purposely saved 6 new pieces of asparagus so that i could garnish two bowls for an afternoon meal. I also happened to have 6 roasted garlic and rosemary fingerling potatoes that I had par boiled for 15 minutes prior to roasting for 1 hour. Now the meat and potatoes part of the review. I made this recipe verbatim and it was the bombdigity. I thought to myself what was I going to do with the 6 ea fingerling potatoes. I threw them in whole and used my hand dandy cusineart submersion stick blender. I must say Sunnys receipe was already the bombdigity but adding the fingerlings stepped it up to a bombdigity digity bomb.
Thanks Sunny ur the heat!!!
