Smells and looks great. However 1hr and 15min was WAY too long. I doubled the recipe and made to loaves, which you would think two loaves in the oven instead of one would make them take longer...I went to rotate them after 45 min and it's a good thing I did! They were done, almost too done. Haven't tasted them

These cookies are AMAZING! My husband is allergic to eggs so I substituted 1/4 cup of Applesauce for the egg. Also, we hate white chocolate so I used a combination of Semi-Sweet and Milk Chocolate chips. They are amazing and even convereted my best friend who normally hates cookies into a cookie lover! Will make over and over again."
