EXCELLENT AND HEARTY. SUGGEST CUBING MEATS AND SLICING VEGIES DAY BEFORE. ASK THE BUTCHER TO SLICE THE BUTT INTO 1 -2 INCH SLICES. WHAT TOOK THE LONGEST WAS BROWNING THE MEATS. AFTER GETTING EVERYTHING (EXCEPT BEANS) IN THE DUTCH OVEN, I BAKED IT (COVERED) AT 350 FOR TWO HOURS.

Simple and a nice light treat! Tried it with the sugar and lemon and that was perfect. Also, used a Dutch Oven instead of a cast iron pan... It worked ! Sorry to report that this was, to me, a dish I will never make again. I think it lacked any descernible taste; the grilled corn was lost in all that orzo; the appearance is (as one reviewer said) like oatmeal with tomatoes in it.
I am hoping that the flavors develop somewhat overnight, but if you eat with your eyes first.... "

Yes, this works. Another method I use is when the eggs come to a boil, I remove from heat and cover with a lid and time for exactly 8 minutes. Always perfect.
I heard that if, the night before you want to make them, if you reverse the eggs in the carton the yolk will be perfectly centered! Love that Ina."
