Do not miss making this recipe because you don't have all the ingredients! I did not have the ricotta salata or the fresh herbs and only had regular spaghetti and this pasta was full of flavor and dynamic. You will be glad you made it! Pair with a glass of wine and crusty bread-YUM!

This is a great creamed spinach recipe. I didn't have fresh spinach, so I defrosted some frozen spinach in the microwave and then squeezed the water out with a towel. I adjusted the amount of ingredients because I had less spinach than the recipe called for. It was the best creamed spinach I ever ate and will make it more often!"
