Do not miss making this recipe because you don't have all the ingredients! I did not have the ricotta salata or the fresh herbs and only had regular spaghetti and this pasta was full of flavor and dynamic. You will be glad you made it! Pair with a glass of wine and crusty bread-YUM!

The best Fish Tacos, and I'm from LA, so I know what a good fish taco should taste like! Do not use Tilapia, good Lord. Buy mahi mahi- the texture and flavor is perfect for a fish taco. Save Tilapia for some "french-ified" dish to mask it's horrible taste. Bobby know this cuisine better than anyone else. This is the best recipe if you want a quality...

Excellent! If you love mustard, red wine vinegar and mushrooms, this dish is for you. Very French inspired. I prepared the sauce with a Barramundi- and was outstanding. The sauce is bold and flavorful and actually pairs nicely with the fish and the arugala salad is a nice balance to the boldness of flavors. Pair it with a nice white wine and you are...

This is a great teriyaki chicken recipe-Ignore all the bad reviews from people who can't follow directions in a recipe and/or don't know how to use the broiler. If you follow the directions as written they come out succulent and carmelized. "

This dish is absolutely perfect! I reduced the recipe because I was eating solo and all the ingredients came together beautifully. The sauce was so luscious, I found myself eating it with a spoon! It paired nicely with the salad featured on this episode. I can't believe how easy this dish was to make"

These were the best pork chops I ever ate! The marinade was bold and full of flavor. The amount of sauce was perfect and even better no need to let it marinate. I will make this every week from now on."

This is a great creamed spinach recipe. I didn't have fresh spinach, so I defrosted some frozen spinach in the microwave and then squeezed the water out with a towel. I adjusted the amount of ingredients because I had less spinach than the recipe called for. It was the best creamed spinach I ever ate and will make it more often!"

This zabaglione is right on the mark. You have to mix this constantly for a while until it thickens--just drink a glass of champagne as you stir and time will go by quicker! I served the zabaglione over fresh strawberries and was a perfect dessert. ""
