Reviewed Toasted Coconut Marshmallows
"I love this recipe. When I first made it I was a little nervous but the marshmallows came out great. Even better, when I put them out on a tray for a party no one would believe they were made from scratch. Since then I continue to make them and now when I make them I even cover them chocolate which makes them even better. I even sprinkle the tops of the chocolate covered marshmallows with the coconut.
