To "HG" this I'd swap out the cream cheese for WW cream cheese and the sour cream for fat free sour cream or Fag 0 greek yogurt, ditch the crackers or use reduced fat saltines and a butter substitute.

To make this more diet friendly I use these swaps:

1/2 cup plain bread crumbs- substitute with ground Fiber One Original Cereal
2 eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten- substitute with egg beaters or egg whites
2 tablespoons whole milk- Skim milk
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese- reduced fat or fat free...

I love ground turkey and use it in place of ground meat in any recipe. This was a very tasty meatloaf. I did run into some issues with the sun-dried tomatoes. I could not find the ones that Giada used and had to improvise with what I could find in the store. The sun-dried tomatoes ended up being much to dominant in the meatloaf and a little overwhelming....

Excellent! I made this for myself and my husband and we both loved it! We had extra so I invited my parents over to help finish it up. It was easy to make and my family said it felt like something you would order at a restaurant. I will make this again (but cut the recipe in half if it is just us two). I imagine that this will not reheat well and...
