I have made this a few times now and it is always great! I like to put my sauce in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil for a smooth texture. Wow the flavor was wonderful. It was very fresh and great to use with chips, fajitas, and corn cakes. We will definitely make this one again.

With a few modifications it was much better, not a lot of flavor. So I added a little oregano, and lemon juice and it added flavor to the dish. Thinking I will use the "Italian" chopped tomatoes next time. By the way the leftovers were even more flavorful the next day!"

Fabulous! I like to cook with boneless skinless chicken so I used the honey mixture as a marinade. I used half to the honey recipe in a baggie with the chicken, and saved the other half. Then I barbecued the chicken and use the remaining honey mixture basting the chicken while grilling.

Excellent Dish. I made the glaze and placed it on the meat as a marinade. Left it on for an hour and then barbecued the meat. It was fabulous! My husband couldn't stop eating it. Thanks Paula and Jamie for the great recipe.
