I've got one bookcase full of cookbooks and several drawers/cabinets filled with cooking/baking gear. Unfortunately, working full time at Hill AFB leaves precious little time for in depth cooking. I try though and I enjoy spending a day in the kitchen getting ready to feed friends anything from easy snacks to full course meals. I'm happiest when someone takes that first bite and closes their eyes in bliss.
Favorite FoodsAsian! Spring rolls, vermacelli noodle soup, stir frys and curry, you name it and I adore it. I am particularly fond of the way Kiefer lime leaves perfume a steaming bowl of Tom Ka Gai. Heaven!
