"Tasted great, slightly dry though, but not getting the overly salty reviews? ( but we cut the recipe by half for the 2 of us.) We paired it w/ the turkey meatloaf and steamed broccoli and it made for a yummy midweek meal.

"WOW!!!! This is by far the BEST meatloaf recipe I have ever prepared. No one would ever even ask " is this made with turkey??" Flavorful, moist and delicious are just a few descriptives I would apply to this dish. Totally a 10 and I used reduced fat feta and whole wheat bread crumbs. Once again, thank you Giada!""
