Reviewed Grilled Cheese with Spinach and Pancetta

"People don't come looking for recipes like this because they want to see if some people are overly concerned with it's fat/calorie/carb/sodium content. If you have an inkling of knowledge about food, you already know it has a high amount of all of those just by looking at the title. People come looking for recipes like this because they sound good, not for their 'healthy' qualities. Healthy recipes would be in the "healthy eating" section. (In case some of you didn't realize there was one... and that this recipe is not in it.)

Yes, obesity is a big problem in America, but that's probably more to blame on people eating huge portions, and making foods like this a staple (which is how a select few of you appear to imagine it) as opposed to a treat, and because Americans are, for the most part, pretty sedentary. Don't blame foods that have been around for hundreds of years as suddenly making people morbidly obese.
