My Activity

Reviewed Grilled Lamb Chops

"We processed the Rosemary,Thyme, and cayenne with the coarse salt first. We were able to get the herbs nice and fine, before adding the Garlic and oil. I also found out my Food Processor did not want to work very well, so I tried the blender, and this worked nicely. Prepared 40 4oz lamb chops for a Medical staff dinner at the hospital where I work, and they were amazed at how perfect they were. We cooked them on a flat grill, with olive oil, and they did not take long at all to cook.
