"I just cooked this for dinner last night and my husband and I both really liked it. I opted for using a large rotisserie chicken (breast and some thigh meat) instead of cooking my own (which I do with all recipes that require shredded chicken). I used organic fat free milk instead of the whole milk to lighten the recipe up. Also used whole wheat linguine which I think stands up to the sauce even better. I actually forgot to dot the topping with butter before baking and I don't think it even needed it - so that lightened it up even more. If you start with rotisserie chicken and pre-sliced mushrooms, it will definitely knock some time off your prep work. Will make this one again!
