"This is a such a yummy treat! It never disappoints, as a delicious pick-me-up. I don't add any honey or sweetner, the bananas are sweet enough. Occasionally, I add a tsp. of peanut butter for a variation on the taste. Even though I add frozen diced bananas, I also like to add 3-4 ice cubes, for a "slushy", frozen drink like effect. This recipe works great with any kind of milk. I've even tried it with Almond milk (soy & lactose free, 60 cal.= 1 cup), its still creamy and delightful! "
