“It has been over 40 years since we had Swiss Steak and this recipe was better than any I remember. It is going in the regular rotation of dinners at our house.
The only changes I made was using fresh oregano, adding one sprig of fresh thyme and cutting the beef broth to one cup and adding 1/2 cup of red wine to make up for it.
