Best ribs I've ever made, hands down. The "rub" is more liquid if you follow this recipe, however I just used a deep baking dish, wrapped the ribs, then poured the excess in the dish and let it baste along with whatever juice was under the wrap. I am going to make them again tonight for friends, but try reducing the liquid part until its more of a"
