Reviewed Beef Stroganoff with Buttered Noodles

The recipe doesn't state whether the ribs should have a bone or not. I used boneless because that is all I have seen at my grocery store. The ribs got dry and tough. I soaked them with red wine and try to salvage them with an extra 30 minutes of cooking but it didn't help. I have to say I did question the cooking method but I put my trust in Tyler"
