"this is an awesome recipe, but i would add the salt to the sauce slowly and gradually AFTER you blend it together. also, 2 TBSP of curry powder was just fine, i think 3 may have been too potent... i also added some extra raisins, the sweet/chewy texture went SO perfectly with the bite of the rest of the salad. also, i used 'white cooking wine' and it worked just fine! AWESOME"

"awesome recipe, rolling the chicken was a bit of a pain with the skewers, i think next time i will def try kitchen twine instead. for more color, i placed a flat layer of baby spinach leaves on top of the chicken before placing the cheese on top and rolling, it worked great... as far as the orzo goes, you can get away with a little less olive oil if you want to cut calories, just use a little extra lemon. also it seemed a bit heavy on the fresh parsley, next time i will use 2 tbsp instead of 3. other than that i have no complaints!

"i wanted something go help me use up a huge amount of leftover orzo i had made the night before, this was great! i did use 8 tbsp of butter instead of 12 since it seemed like SO much, and it worked out fine. also, one issue (Which was totally my fault) was that i used too small of a dish so i had more than just a single layer of shrimp, therefore i put a thick layer of topping. the topping cooked on top but since it was so thick, it was still soggy underneath even though the shrimp were cooked, so make sure you keep everything as a single layer of shrimp with not too thick of topping. one more thing, there was one guest at the party who was allergic to shellfish, so i followed the exact recipe and used a bit of the topping with a boneless chicken breast, he loved it! overall a very good recipe
