awesome recipe, rolling the chicken was a bit of a pain with the skewers, i think next time i will def try kitchen twine instead. for more color, i placed a flat layer of baby spinach leaves on top of the chicken before placing the cheese on top and rolling, it worked great... as far as the orzo goes, you can get away with a little less olive oil...
