I need help! I've made this recipe two times. The second time I got it right by default. Followed the recipe to a T. It comes out super gooey and it wasn't until the next day of sitting on counter that the caramel had sort of set and texture was stiff enough to enjoy all of the layers. I am not a fan of turkey; I've cooked it for several years and it just never hits the spot. That is until this year. At first I thought, this is a lot of stuff to buy but let me tell you...It is the best turkey I've ever made!!!! Worth every step and every ingredient. Juicy and tender."
