Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs
"Delicious! This smelled so amazing while it was cooking, I wanted to climb in the oven with it. Easy to make and inexpensive to boot - those country ribs are on sale every couple of weeks at my grocery store. I did cut the amount of red pepper flakes in half because I wasn't sure how spicy it would be and I have a 3 year old to feed. It was still flavorful but not "hot" at all, so if you're concerned about heat, 1/2 tsp is a good compromise. I also spooned off a lot of the rendered fat before serving - there was a considerable amount. I will definitely make this again, though. The pork was so tender and the sauce was fantastic.
