Reviewed Spiced Apple-Walnut Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
"This was a fabulous apple cake. It will definitely be on my Thanksgiving table. I had read that it was dry and stuck to the pan, so I added 4 ounces of applesauce and used butter flavored crisco instead of butter to grease the pan. Baked it for 60 minutes and it came out perfectly! I also used Envy/Gala apples instead of Granny Smiths..."
