“Maybe I did something wrong? Mine came out an oily mess. Maybe it was because my cheeses weren't completely at room temperature. The mixture separated after i added the eggs and looked very lumpy. I thought it would bake and turn out fine even though the batter looked lumpy but this was not the case.
