Reviewed Pumpkin Banana Mousse Tart

I've made this two years in a row, and will continue to do so. Not sure how anyone could think the banana was overwhelming. In fact, the second time I made this I doubled the banana and thought it was perfect. Changes I made: doubled banana, used cinnamon graham crackers for crust and ommitted sugar, and ommitted the orange zest.
