Reviewed Pasta Bolognese

"This sauce was so incredibly rich and satisfying that it's hard for me to put into words. The only thing I changed is I added about 1/2 -2/3 cup of sugar to the sauce to cut some of the acidity in the wine and a tsp of crushed red pepper, but I think that had more to do with the crappy wine I used than the recipe. I didn't get the point if brown"
