My family loved this dish! I read the reviews first and since I don't like grape tomatoes which can be bitter, I used strips of roasted red pepper and sun dried tomato pesto which I had on hand. My 16 year old daughter recommended I add pine nuts as well. It was colorful and so delicious! "

I am shocked by the negative feedback. Made these for my daughter who has wheat and dairy allergies. I added one egg since she's not allergic. The batter tasted like metal but the finished product was very good. I freeze them in individual portions and put them in her lunch.
