Definitely a keeper. Roasting is now my favorite way to prepare cauliflower. I only had cumin powder and no tumeric and it was still great flavor. First time making meatloaf and it came out great. I followed the recipe exactly except I thoroughly strained the canned tomotatos and used italian seasoned tomatos for extra flavor. Not sure why there are so many complaints about the texture...it's really an easy and affordable recipe.
