Reviewed Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks

Excellent-quick, easy, and delicious. My whole family loved this-even our pickiest eater. I added shredded meat from a store bought rotisserie chicken. Great for a busy weeknight, but I would also serve this to guests. I used 16 oz of pasta, so I doubled the pancetta, wine, and cream to make enough sauce for the extra pasta and chicken."
