That's what my husband said, it's a "keeper." Chocolate cake is rich and moist and the flan a perfect counterpoint. I had never used cajeta before and I'm hooked. It's delicious right out of the can.
Btw, I cooked the cake for almost 90 minutes, at 60 minutes based on the recipe, it was still liquid."

This is a nice alternative to fried green tomatoes, although don't eat it because you're trying to watch your fat intake!
