"Food to feel great about. What a powerhouse of a meal. I followed everything exactly. I had a weekend of eating meat so this vegetable only soup really hit the spot. I recommend no substitutions. The kale gives it great texture. The squash absorbs all the flavors of the broth like little sponges. Make this soup immediately before summer gets her"

"Huge hit with the fam. Made in the cast iron. Followed to T except did not use full cream mixed half with skim milk. Dont skimp on the whiskey it adds a depth of flavor but you wouldnt know it was there. Must serve with Vanilla Bean ice cream or homemade whipped cream. Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

"Pretty good, I reduced the praline topping by about 2/3 and was sweet and rich enough. Does add nice flavor so wouldnt eliminate all together but remember you are putting maple syrup on the is thing when eating. Internally was a bit soggy so cooked longer. Next time will adjust egg to liquid ratio. Served with breakfast sausage was nice indulgen""
