This is was a good recipe. The star is definitely the ravioli. I would recommend using a mushroom ravioli rather than cheese. The chicken breast was pretty flavorful and turned a really nice color with the vinegar. In Rachael's cookbook, she pairs this with a tomato and onion salad rather than the spinach. I'm giving this four stars because it was very flavorful. However, it was too spicy for me (not for husband, though) and it takes a lot longer than the recipe suggests if you don't want hard veggies. "
