Reviewed Coconut Toffee

I had to make it twice but I think I figured it out. I used about 1 1/2 cup coconut so that the texture was glossy but not too soupie and I had about 1/2 tsp of the cardamom. That set much better than the full 2 cups coconut which turned out grainy and fell apart - still tasty but not something you can server to guests. I would make it again!
