Awesome recipe, I loved the BBQ sauce. My only suggestion would be to put the BBQ sauce in a food processor after mashing. I think if the sauce was a little smoother it would have stayed on the chicken a little easier on the BBQ."

So good, this is definitely the grown up version of Angel Food Cake. I am not much of a baker, it turned out tasty. I am not sure if I would make it again, it was a lot of work. "

My husband and I made this together. It was super simple and great. We are on a diet, trying to watch what we eat. The potatoes made the meal guilt-free!!! Yummy.

BTW - The recipe calls for Apple Cider NOT Cider Vinegar.

I don't bake very often, but when I do it is usually to make Emeril's banana bread. It is amazingly soft and the recipe is fool proof. Its a great way to use left over bananas.

Reviewed Lemon Drop Cocktail

Made these for my Christmas party, they turned out great. I heated the lemon and sugar so the sugar dissolved, refrigerated the mixture until right before all the guests arrived and then added the vodka. I used 2 cups of good quality vodka (you don't even taste the vodka, so be careful they will sneak up on you), it makes all the difference.

Yummy! The home made turkey stock is key, although time consuming well worth the wait. The turkey came out a little dry, but in this stew you couldn't even tell!!!! Great dinner for the weekend on a cold day.
