Reviewed Lobster Ravioli with Crabmeat Cream Sauce

Dec 21, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Amazing! We have made the ravs and they are delicious, but the sauce is just amazing over fresh pasta. This is now a yearly xmas eve recipe. We like to use sherry instead of cognac for a sweeter flavor.

Love these! Have made them twice and will keep making. If you invest in a little tool from Pampered Chef putting the dough in the pans is soooo much easier.

Reviewed Melon-Mint Prosecco

I made this using only honeydew and had to use regular vodka because i could not find melon vodka anywhere. I was told that 2 companies discontinued them. Anyway, I think it was pretty tasty and so did all the party guests I made it for. It is key to really puree the melon, otherwise too chunky. I may even trying straining it next time."

This is a delicious recipe and always work perfectly even when cutting sugar or using part whole wheat flour or omitting some of the oil and replacing with applesauce. I have made it a million times with various combinations. If you are vegan or have an egg allergy, this recipe works well using the egg replacement powder.""

Very good. FYI, if you want to lighten it up a tad, 1/2 and 1/2 works just fine in place of heavy cream and also I used light buttermilk and it was still rich and creamy.""

Not much flavor. It was not bad just needs the addition of some flavor. i added avocado, but still was not enough. Definitely double or triple the amount of tarragon if you want to taste it. Good base recipe but again needs more flavor."

THIS RECIPE WAS FABULOUS! I am shocked at the bad reviews it got. I followed the directions almost completely, pom. molasses available at Whole Foods for $5. The only thing I did diff. was use 2 vanilla beans and add the nuts at the end instead of mixing into the butter. Do not skip the fresh pom seeds, it makes the dish. I will be making every Thanksgiving...
