"This was a big hit in my house and I'm the only real fan of peaches. My only tweaks to it were I used fresh peaches, left out the nuts and cranberries. Since I used fresh peaches I also decreased the cooking time.
This is now my go to peach cobbler/crumble/crisp recipe! ""

"I loved this recipe! It was so easy and a total hit! My only regret is I used a smoked cheese that overpowered the other flavors. In the future I would use equal parts smoked and non-smoked cheese so that the flavors would balance out more evenly.
"This is very tasty my only criticism is that a 'very hot indoor grill' and Olive Oil does not blend well due to high amounts of smoke. The FLAVOR is amazing. To add additional lemon zip I also threw in zest of one lemon.
