No, but our leftovers were delicious. I would think this would be pretty good if you made ahead and then cooked in the oven the day of.

Thanks guys! I did not end up using a mill or ricer. Instead, I used a hand masher because that is what we usually use with mashed potatoes. These turned out FABULOUS. I am going to make a twice baked potato version for thanksgiving!

Thanks! I made it without a ricer or mill as well, and it was fabulous. I used a hand masher. I am going to make a twice baked potato version for Thanksgiving.

This was good....not amazing, in my opinion. I did like the fresh herbs and cranberries. But it didn't "wow" my guests.

I will never fry chicken fingers again! These were awesome!!! I used Italian bread crumbs instead of Panko. I made a smoky ketchup (ketchup, chipotle, smoked paprika) for a dip, along with honey mustard and spicy mayonnaise.

Yum! I added much more Essence (probably 3 Tablespoons) and mixed potato chips and breadcrumbs for the topping. I will make it again when we have Thanksgiving leftovers!

Amazing!!!! Tastes better than Chili's (the restaurant they tried to "copycat") I don't have a stand mixer/paddle attachment, so I used a regular mixer and it turned out great. I also used semisweet chocolate instead of bittersweet and did not add any corn syrup. This was much easier than I imagined!!!
