Amazing. Fantastic. I also used bacon instead of pancetta. Note: Just make sure you wash your leeks REALLY well. Leeks are really dirty all between the layers. Halve the leek lengthwise, slice it up, and submerge it all in a bowl of cold water. Swish it around and then pull the leeks out and place in a colander (don't pour them out with the"

I've never been a fan of meatloaf but this was amazing. I also wondered if the salt and pepper amounts in the FNM article were correct, 2 Tbsp seemed like so much salt. That's how much I used, and yes, it was salty, but wonderful. Apparently that was double the original recipe on the show. Next time I think I will use less. "

Made these for a couple different Christmas parties and they were a big hit at each. One caution - this recipe makes a LOT of filling so unless you're serving a large crowd you might want to halve it.""

I've never had the meatballs at Ikea so I can't say how close this recipe is to the original but in any case they were AWESOME. My husband's Swedish father said they were just like the ones he remembered his father making for him when he was a boy. They didn't require the full hour in the fridge - just popped them in the freezer while I preheat...

I made this recipe as directed and the combination of flavors was just awful. I can't imagine Rachel Ray actually tried them. I didn't want to waste them so I ended up drowning them in alfredo sauce but the terrible taste still came through.
