Reviewed Red Lentil Soup

"I've made this several times and everyone I've served it to loves it! So easy to make. I didn't have time to soak the lentils one night, so I just rinsed them and cooked with a cover to speed up the cooking process. They were done in about a half hour. Also, our grocery store seems to frequently be out of serranos. If you can't get one, I've substituted chili powder and a little cayenne and it seems to work well.
