These are fantastic. My last attempt at matzo balls resulted in hockey pucks. This recipe yielded light and fluffy balls of goodness. I do agree that the mix needs to sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, though. "

This is much easier than my traditional recipes. Keep the dough cold, and use the prepared fillings. Jams are much too thin for kolachky. Roll them 1/4" thick, cut into circles, and fill and bake. Couldn't be easier or more delicious. And, always use real butter and cream cheese, not margarine. I have been making kolachkes for 43 years, and...
